Ok, I honestly did this to my best ability to explain my process to the viewers of this. Thanks to *EMPEROR-DAJJAL for asking me to do one of these and others as well who wanted to know my way of coloring hair, its also on my tumblr .
I am a Paint Tool Sai user, not a Photoshop user so I'm guessing it also applies to Photoshop because they're similar.
